01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xbagh ("xbagh", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all services, products, and features made available through the xbagh website at xbagh.io and any related mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by any additional policies published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules that may be displayed at the time of play. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on the xbagh Platform. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. xbagh reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account pending verification. Any winnings accrued by a player subsequently found to be under 21 years of age will be voided and forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The xbagh Platform is directed primarily at adult players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your personal jurisdiction. xbagh makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at the user's own risk.

2.3 Registration Process

To place bets or play casino games you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to update your registration details promptly if any information changes.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

xbagh operates a mandatory identity verification programme. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time — including before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. Documents accepted include but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), Passport, and utility bills issued within the previous three months.

03 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on xbagh. Operating, accessing, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. xbagh may, at its sole discretion, close all associated accounts and retain any funds held therein as damages.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. xbagh will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify xbagh support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

3.3 Account Funds

Funds held in your xbagh account are maintained for the sole purpose of betting and gaming on the Platform. Account funds are not transferable to other players and do not accrue interest. xbagh holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds; however, xbagh does not guarantee the return of funds in the event of insolvency and does not provide deposit protection insurance.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. xbagh reserves the right to levy an inactivity fee of up to ৳100 per month on dormant balances after this period. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xbagh currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. xbagh reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the xbagh Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, conversion rates applied by the payment provider are outside xbagh's control and xbagh accepts no liability for any resulting discrepancy.

4.3 Deposit Limits & Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your xbagh wallet within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. xbagh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods used for prior deposits on the same account and after satisfactory completion of KYC verification. xbagh reserves the right to process withdrawals within a timeframe of up to five (5) business days from the date of request. Withdrawals may be delayed where the Platform has reasonable grounds to conduct additional security or fraud checks.

4.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

xbagh offers various promotions, bonuses, free bets, and reward programmes to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum bonus amounts, which are communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion.

5.2 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification and who are in good standing on the Platform. xbagh reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is participating in bonus abuse.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using wagering patterns or strategies that exploit bonus terms; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers; and any other conduct the Platform deems to constitute abuse of the bonus system. Detection of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

xbagh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any promotion already credited to your account at the time of cancellation will remain subject to the wagering requirements that applied at the time of crediting.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on xbagh are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. xbagh reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a stated time limit, or affected by circumstances that render settlement impossible. In the case of cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — void bet rules relating to weather interruptions, match abandonment, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes are detailed in the sport-specific rules.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games, including live dealer games, slots, and instant games, are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed at the time of play. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Game malfunctions void all related bets and pays.

6.3 Bet Acceptance

xbagh reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion. Bets are accepted only after the Platform has confirmed acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, xbagh reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day may apply and are detailed in the relevant game or market rules. xbagh reserves the right to cap any single payout or series of related payouts at the applicable maximum, regardless of the odds at which a bet was placed.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbagh Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years;
• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage must be reported to xbagh immediately;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting integrity violation;
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xbagh staff or other users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or security systems.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the xbagh Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of xbagh or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without xbagh's express prior written consent.

The xbagh brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of xbagh. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property rights to you.

09 Privacy & Data

xbagh collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xbagh uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and, where you have provided consent, to communicate promotional offers. xbagh will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by xbagh, subject to xbagh's legal obligations to retain certain records. Please refer to the Privacy Policy or contact support at [email protected] for data-related requests.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbagh and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

xbagh's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbagh does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing adequate security measures on your own devices. xbagh shall not be liable for any loss arising from a disruption to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, regulatory action, or acts of third-party service providers.

11 Responsible Gaming

xbagh is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your xbagh account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of your current gaming session and your net position.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request closure of your account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. xbagh operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before using the Platform.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact xbagh's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. xbagh aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a final decision within 30 business days of receiving all relevant information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through xbagh's internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy available under applicable law.
